DANIEL 9; 22

Daniel 9:22 " And he informed me and talked with me. He said, O Daniel, I am now come forth to give thee skill, and understanding." Daniel 9:23 " At the beginning of thy supplications the Commandments came forth. I am come to show thee; for thou art greatly beloved. Therefore (Daniel) understand the matter and consider the vision." What Daniel prayed for was concerning the Desolation of Jerusalem.   new 34...   

Taking a day for a Year: The Seventy Weeks is 490 Years. This was how long it took to build Jerusalem, the Streets, and all that was done. The 70 weeks were dedicated exclusively unto Christ' Ministry. To make an end of sins and to bring in Everlasting Righteousness. Jesus Blood made an end of every ones Sins that accepts Christ. Jesus is our Everlasting Righteousness. It is by his Righteousness we are justified in Him forever.       

 

JESUS WAS CUT OFF IN HIS MINISTRY OF THREE AND HALF YEARS:      Daniel 9:25 " Know therefore and understand, that from the going forth of the Commandments. To restore and to build Jerusalem unto the Messiah the Prince shall be seven weeks. The streets shall be built again, and the wall, even in troubles times." Taking a Day for a Year, this was 490 Years.  Comparing this with history, we know it took 490 years to build Jerusalem, and the wall. In the midst of the seventh week, shall the Messiah be cut off. Daniel 9:26 "... The People of the Prince that shall come shall destroy the City and the sanctuary..." Daniel 9:26 " After the 69th week, the messiah was cut off..." The Word After: this means it was sometimes after the 69th week. This was in the midst of the week seventy, the messiah Jesus was cut off. The Scriptures did not say at the end of the 69th week, but it said after. This means it was sometime after the 69th week, which was in the midst of the 70th week. Taking a Day for a Year:               new 35

this 70th week was seven Years. In the middle of this 70th week the Messiah Jesus was cut off. This was when Jesus was crucified. The People of the Prince that did come, they destroyed the City Jerusalem. Those that came destroyed the sanctuary. This was in 70 AD Daniel 9:27 " And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week... In the midst of the 70th week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease..." This Week is the 70th Week: Taking a Day for a Year. The Entire 70th Week, which is seven Years. This 70th week was dedicated especially unto Jesus' Ministry, which was to last seven Years. In the midst of this 70th week the Messiah was cut off.  Daniel 9:27 " And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week:" means 7 Years.   

The word He: meaning this was God the Covenant is the Word of God. Jesus Ministered 3 1/2 years, then, He was cut off. Jesus' Ministry was divided into two: 3 1/2 year, periods. Jesus was cut off when He was crucified. Jesus has a Contract to finish the last 3 1/2 Years. Jesus will finish his 3 1/2 years during the Reign of the Beast and His Image. As in Daniel 12:6 "... How long shall  it be to the end of these wonders?" Daniel 12: 7 "... That it shall be for a time, times, and a half..." which is 3 1/2 Years.
