HE SHALL CAST DOWN MANY.
Daniel 11:12 " And  when he hath taken away the multitude, his heart shall be lifted up.   He shall cast down many ten thousands.  He shall not be strengthened by this casting down."
The Egyptian Moslems would be overthrown  years later as in Daniel.  Daniel 11:13 "For the King of the North shall return, and shall set forth a multitude.  He shall come with a great army and with much riches."  The King of the North did come forth after certain years.    The King  was Alexius the Great: his Army was the First Crusade.    The First Crusade was the Nation of Western Europe.   They were of the Catholicism Churches with much riches."
Daniel 11:14 "And in those times there shall many stand up against, the King of the South..."   In those times many did stand up against the South.
The King of the South was Shia'h  Khalif of Egypt.    There were many that did stand up against the King of the South at that time.   The King that came with the First Crusade was King Alexius the Great.  49

The others included was Robert Duke of Normand.  Next was Stephen Count of Blois.   Then came Robert Count of Flander,  Then came Godfrey of Bouillon, then  Raymond, and then came Count of Toulouse.   Bohemund, son of Robert Guiscard, then Duke of Apulia came also.  These were among many that stood up against Egypt, King of the South at that time.                                       THE ROBBERS OF THY PEOPLE
Daniel 11:14 " ...Also the robbers of thy People shall exalt themselves to establish the vision.  In trying to establish the vision they shall fall."  The Robbers of thy People were the People of Daniel.   These were the seed of Abraham under the Law of Moses. Under the New Testament Covenant: these are the Children of the Promise.  We, the Elects are counted for the Seed of Abraham.   As in Romans 9:8 "...The Children of the Promise are counted for the seed (of Abraham)."   We, that are under the New Testament Covenant are the Children of Thy People.   The Prophecy in Romans Chapter 9:8, Occurred under the New Testament Covenant.   This makes us the Children of Thy People; We are the Children of the People of Daniel.         50

AND TAKE THE MOST FENCED CITIES: AND THE ARMS

Daniel 11:15 " So the King of the North shall come and cast up a Mount.  Taking the most fenced cities: and the Arms of the South shall not withstand.   Neither his chosen People, Neither shall there be any strength in them to withstand."
Daniel 11:15 "So the King of the North shall come and cast up a mount..."
A Mount is symbolic, meaning a vast multitude, or a Nation of People.
You can find these explained in Revelation 17:1-18, In this Book.
The most fenced Cities was the fenced Cities of Palestine, mainly the City Jerusalem.
The Arms of the South were the Armies of Egypt.   Daniel 11:15 " And the arms of the South shall not withstand neither his chosen People.   Neither shall there be any strength in them to withstand."
His chosen People of the south were the Moslems of the South.  Egypt was not able to stand against them.  Neither was there any strength to stand against the First Crusade.
THE KING OF THE NORTH WILL RETURN
The King of the North, which was ALEXIUS: did return to the Arms of the South.   The Arms of the South was the Moslem Arabs.    This happened under the Reign of King ALEXIUS COMNENUS, in 1081.   51

He Raised a host greater than the former which was the First Crusade.
The First Crusade did accomplish the vision of Daniel as in Daniel.  Daniel 10:1 "...But the time appointed was long:  and he understood the vision."    Daniel 10:14 "Now I am come to make thee understand what shall befall thy People in the latter days.   For yet the vision is for many days."
Before they went into Jerusalem: they Encamped about Jerusalem.  This happened in 1099, The Crusades, or the Catholic Army of the First Crusade  They Encamped about the City from June 7, to June 14.  The Armies entered Jerusalem, and Judea on June 14;  They the People of Daniel fell by the edge of the sword.  They were led away captive into all Nations until 1948  when Israel became a Nation.
