The White Horse is when the Romans Formed a Latin League, and Formed a Republic Government. This was the Crown that was given unto Him. The Crown was given unto the King of Rome. But in the 340s: The FIRST Reign: the Romans turned on their Allies. They began to KILL One Another. This was within the Roman Empire. The Romans overcame their Allies, which was the Surrounding Villages. This was the Sword that was given unto Him, as in Revelation. Revelation 6:4 "... And that they should Kill one another..."
